Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition as at the time of purchase, with all tags (where applicable) and packaging intact.
A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping/logistics costs.
We only refund the product value, and only if the returned item is received in its original condition.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and Jewellery are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Clothing (African Wears)

Returns on clothing will only be accepted and refunded if the item:

Is returned in the exact condition it was sent out, Has no odours, stains, tears, or visible wear,
Has not been washed or altered. We will not refund any returned clothing that arrives with:

• Stains
• Body odours or perfume
• Signs of use or damage not originally present
Please try on garments in a clean, makeup-free environment to avoid unintentional damage.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return:
• We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
• If the item meets our return standards, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, and only the cost of the product will be refunded.
